This year, I have had the privilege to be the Creative Development Intern for Edible Austin. Edible Austin is a magazine located in Austin, TX and now Houston, TX.
What I Do!
My main focus within this internship is writing. Although, my role is nothing short of versatile. From voicing ideas, creating social posts and newsletters, to writing articles.
I was able to attend SXSW and listen to presentations and try delicious food samples. I wrote an article about a mushroom company based in NYC, Smallhold.
Extra
With Edible Austin I have been able to create work that helps and informs other people. I am passionate about food and the power it has with our bodies. The Creative Development Intern role has been an amazing journey as I have been able to build a real confidence for my writing abilities.
